Service Description

Movement is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy to ease prenatal discomforts, keep your body systems functioning properly, improve sleep and energy levels and best of all…help prepare your female reproductive system for labor and position your baby for a more efficient birth! This is also a great class for early postpartum as a way to connect to your body again before joining into a regular fitness program. Deep Abdominal Breathing, Pelvic Floor work (strengthening AND relaxing) and Posture work will be woven into each class to support your body as well as manage or minimize the very common signs of intolerance such as low back pain, pelvic pressure, leaking, doming and more. You deserve to feel better in your body mamas!
