Just Be Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes and instructors designed to help you with your mind and body.
Each class will incorporate deep abdominal breathing, pelvic floor work, strengthening and relaxation, and posture work to support your body and reduce common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, pelvic pressure, and leaking. You deserve to feel comfortable and strong, mamas!

What is Chair yoga?
It is an inclusive yoga class that allows individuals with joint, balance or other mobility issues to participate. It is also a fun, gentle practice that ANYONE can enjoy!
Traditional yoga poses are modified to be done seated or using a chair as a prop. Wall assisted poses, balance practice and light weights for strength will round out the practice.
