Our Classes

Just Be Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes and instructors designed to help you with your mind and body. 

Movement is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy to ease prenatal discomforts, keep your body systems functioning properly, improve sleep and energy levels and best of all…help prepare your female reproductive system for labor and position your baby for a more efficient birth! This is also a great class for early postpartum as a way to connect to your body again before joining into a regular fitness program.


Deep Abdominal Breathing, Pelvic Floor work (strengthening AND relaxing) and Posture work will be woven into each class to support your body as well as manage or minimize the very common signs of intolerance such as low back pain, pelvic pressure, leaking, doming and more.  You deserve to feel better in your body mamas!

Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Sarah offers a practice that is traditional in that they incorporate breathing and meditation practices, as well as yoga postures. Her classes are moderately paced with a breath-to-movement cadence that utilizes holding positions to learn proper alignment and build sustained strength. With Sarah as your guide, you'll explore traditional yoga poses coupled with physical therapy techniques to provide an experience that is supportive to your physical body, as well as to calm your mind. Her intuitive nature will make you feel like the practice was individually catered to you!

Hatha Flow

Unlimited Sessions: $149/month

Sol refers to the Sun God/Goddess. Discover how you can crank up your internal body heat, channeling the inner God/Goddess in you. Amy's classes are designed to be accessible. Creatively incorporating sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, paired with a strong focus on the power of breath awareness, expect an energetic, strong practice.

Each class finishes with longer held poses and deep relaxation to create the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced.

Sol Vinyasa

A series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body. Yin Yoga stretches the deeper part of our muscles, ligaments, tissues and fascia.

Yin Yoga

Single Class: $25/session

Unlimited Sessions: $149/month

This class begins by picking an oracle card to help set your intention for practice. Restorative poses will be held for 7-10 minutes allowing for total relaxation. Kristen offers hands on or distance Reiki energy healing throughout the class to cleanse, unblock and balance the energy systems in the body.

Restorative and Reiki

Two styles of yoga in one class. This practice combines sun salutations, standing postures, balancing postures and seated postures for an all-around total body workout.

Hatha/Vinyasa

Single Class: $25/session

Unlimited Sessions: $149/month

This is a vinyasa-based class with infused elements of hatha. Upbeat vinyasa is a highly music-driven, mindful practice that connects movement with breath (vinyasa), while focusing on alignment (hatha). Like her sequence building, prepping the practice to reach a peak pose, Claudine artfully crafts playlists to a climax, often with familiar songs that get you amped. All practices include a hyped, memorable, and power-driven ab work and a balancing posture or inversion. Modifications and variations to postures are offered to provide accessibility for those ranging from intermediate to well-experienced yogis.

Upbeat Hatha/Vinyasa

This class combines movement, postures, breath work, meditation, mudras and mantras all in one. You will leave the class feeling completely balanced and grounded.

Awaken

Single Class: $25/session

Unlimited Sessions: $149/month

This class is for women only. Saba and Shazia will alternate weeks teaching. 

In Shazia's class, you can expect Yopilates.  This class includes yoga postures like downward-facing dog, warrior poses as well as using Pilates to stretch and strengthen the core muscles. She also incorporates pelvic floor exercises to strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. Shazia's classes are aimed at the over all well being of her clients. 

In Saba's class, she combines creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, inspiration and tradition to help her students deepen their practice and connect with the roots of yoga. In her classes, she seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, meditation, and mindful living.

Yopilates with Shazia and Traditional Yoga with Saba

Yin Yang seamlessly blends the Yang elements of an active Vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Active movements in the first half with relaxing and lengthening postures in the second half.

Yin Yang

In each Joint & Spinal Health class, students follow along as BJ guides them through a carefully planned sequence that focuses on lengthening and increasing the spine’s range of motion, in addition to increasing the health and range of motion in the hips, knees, shoulders, and other joints. Each class follows the same basic pattern, but varies in its focus from class to class. BJ brings students’ awareness to their joints as they stretch, move, and practice poses designed to strengthen and lengthen supporting muscles, tendons and ligaments. Bones are also strengthened through muscle activity and longer holds in poses. Special attention is given to correct body alignment, posture, balance, and breath. The body is opened and expanded. Blocks, straps, and other props are used to help with alignment, assist students with poses, or to add challenge to poses. A short resting pose near the end of class helps students relax, so they leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

Joint and Spinal Health

A fusion of qi gong and yoga. Start the morning with Titi as she guides you through slow, breath connected movements, that awaken the entire body. Begin your practice with qi gong to stimulate energy flow. As the sun awakens, move all parts of your spine while you flow slowly through sun salutations. Plan to move your limbs through all range of motion with a variety of repetitive asanas (postures). Follow up with pranayama (breathing techniques) to invigorate the body. This is a slower paced class that allows you to connect with your mind, body, and energy, to prepare you for what the day has to offer.

Tai Chi

Qi-ga

Single Class: $25/session

Unlimited Sessions: $149/month

Mindful breath + Intuitive Movement = Slow Flow. Anne teaches from a functional, rather than aesthetic perspective. An increase in both strength and flexibility is the intention with longer holds and seamless transitions in this moving meditative practice. Her hope is that students will appreciate a deeper sense of awareness by simply slowing down.

Slow Rise

Start your weekend with a steady, slow, strong flow to stretch your Body. The pace is meditative - allowing peace and calm in body and mind - while improving your Mobility, Flexibility and Strength. Each Class will conclude with a guided relaxation to seal the benefits of your practice. Accessible for all levels - First timers or Old Timers - You are all Welcome.

Inner Balance

Mary blends both hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga to give her students a well-rounded class. Her encompassed focus on technique and alignment is rooted in the elements of hatha. Mary's down-to-earth approach to really hone in on alignment helps students understand how a pose can feel in the body, demonstrating that yoga adapts to fit you, not the other way around. Strength, balance, flexibility, and breath are highlighted to pull from the components of a vinyasa practice. Students are left feeling empowered and nourished, not only in the body, but as well as the mind and heart. All levels of yoga are welcome!

Aligned Hatha Flow

Work on your balance and strength in a creative, playful class. Built off of the warrior asanas (Warrior I, II, III), connect mindful movement with your breath for an energizing practice. Take your warrior self "off the mat" to help you live your Best life! Class is accessible for all levels-props are available and encouraged. 

Iyengar Yoga

Mindful Movement

We are souls having a human experience. Our light, our spirit, are encased in flesh and bone. Our bodies are structures, our homes. How can we adequately serve others, if we do not maintain the foundations of our own home? This class provides a comforting space to nourish the body, calm the mind, and reconnect to our Higher Power. This class is chakra-focused.
