Bring a yoga mat, if you'd like, or we have some for you to use, a water bottle and an open mind.
Anything you are comfortable in that allows you to stretch and move freely. That could be yoga attire or comfy sweatpants, there's no judging here, just be you.
For best results, you should try to practice yoga at least 3 times a week. Over time, you might find that 5 or 6 times a week is best for your body.
Yes, we have Hugger Mugger mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, sandbags, blankets and eye pillows. All we ask is that you clean them after each use.
